What is Restaurant Connection?
Restaurant Connection allows you to order food, wine, and alcohol online from local restaurants, wineries, and liquor stores. You can order for delivery and pickup (takout). Its an easy way to connect you to your favorite local restaurants and enjoy their food.

How do I order?
To order, you simply enter your delivery address (for pickup orders, enter your city), and click “Find Restaurants.” Then, select when you’d like your order to be delivered (or picked up). Select the restaurant or liquor store you’d like to order from. Add your favorite items from the menu and hit PROCEED to the Checkout page. Select your payment method, submit the order and you’re on your way to an amazing experience.

Can I schedule a future order?
Yes! You can select your order to be delivered ASAP (as soon as possible) or schedule your order as far in advance as you’d like. During your order process, simply select the delivery date and time you’d like.

What happens after I submit an order?
You get a confirmation email (if ordered online) with your order number and details. We send your order to the restaurant. The restaurant tells us they’re working on your order. If the order is placed online, you can get live tracking of your order.

What if I don’t receive an order confirmation email?
Check your spam folder, make sure your email account isn’t acting strange, and, if all else fails, reach us at (805) 687-9753 or info@rc.sbcoxmail.com

How do I change or cancel an order after its been placed?
Please contact us at (805) 687-9753 for an immediate response.

How do I check on the status of my order?
If placed online, you can use our live order tracking. You can also call us at (805) 687-9753

What if I have allergies and dietary restrictions?
You can specify allergies and dietary restrictions in the ‘Note’ box and restaurants will pay special attention to them when preparing food.

My order is wrong. What do I do?
If there’s a problem with your order, please call us at (805) 687-9753, one of our operators will be happy to assist you. Keep your order number handy so we can quickly look up your order.

How do I know what restaurants are available for delivery?
To see what restaurants are available to you, the best way is to enter your delivery address on our homepage www.RestaurantConnectionSB.com , click “Find Restaurants”, select when you want your order delivered, and a full list of restaurants available to you will show up.

Can I save my payment information?
Yes, when you checkout, you have the ability to save your credit card on your account. You can save as many as you’d like. Your information is secure; we make sure we encrypt everything so that your information is safe and secure.

Can I buy a gift card?
Of course! You can purchase a Retaurant Connection eGift Card online at www.restaurantconnectionsb.com/Gift-Certificate.
They can be customized with personalized messages and sent by email or printed out. You can redeem them right away or save it for a future date.

How do I redeem my Gift Card?
Follow these simple steps:
  • When you get to the Checkout page, select Gift Card as your payment method.
  • Input your Gift Card number. (To view your balance, you can click on the “?” mark.)
  • We’ll deduct your Gift Card balance from your order total once the order is submitted.

I forgot my username. Or my password. Or both. What do I do?
Your username is the email address you would have used to register your account. For the password, you can click the “Forgot My Password” link and we’ll send you a temporary password.

How many delivery addresses can I save on my account?
You can save as many as you’d like!

How does ordering for pickup work?
Its similar to delivery orders, except you pick up the order at the restaurant. Once you submit your pickup order, we send it to the restaurant for preparation. The restaurant will have you order ready and call it out by first name and last name initial. Please make sure to check your food when you receive it at the restaurant to avoid any mistakes.

How does my food stay hot and fresh?
Delivery drivers use top-of-the-line insulated delivery bags that are made to keep food hot and fresh. They’re built with dividers so that hot and cold food is separated.

I don’t see my favorite restaurant listed. How do I recommend it?
We love to hear feedback. If you don’t see your favorite restaurant listed for delivery, send us an email at info@rc.sbcoxmail.com and we’ll do our best to have them added to the ordering platform.

I have a big catering order, can Restaurant Connection help?
